Regular Slotted Container
FEFCO 0201The most widely used corrugated box style. All flaps are the same length and the two outer flaps meet at the centre when folded. Ideal for automated packing lines.
High-performance automatic 3-Ply & 5-Ply corrugated boxes — engineered to exact spec for India's most demanding supply chains. Strength, print quality and consistency, box after box.
Our state-of-the-art Navi Mumbai facility houses a fully automatic 5-Ply corrugation line, high-impact printing machines, and automated folder-gluers — delivering precision at scale for India's leading supply chains.
Established in 1985, Pacopack Industries is a Navi Mumbai-based corrugated packaging manufacturer. We combine four decades of hands-on manufacturing experience with modern, fully automated production technology to deliver consistent, high-quality boxes at scale.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certification governs every stage — from incoming raw material inspection through flute formation, printing, and finishing, to finished product dispatch — ensuring measurable quality on every order, every time.
Fully automatic 3-Ply & 5-Ply plant — 5-Ply corrugator, high-impact printing, automated folder-gluer, and steam boiler.
Semi-automatic unit serving Mumbai with flexible production capacity for varied order sizes and shorter runs.
We manufacture all standard corrugated box styles in 3-Ply and 5-Ply, with the capability to produce custom flute combinations and die-cut configurations to exact customer specifications.
The most widely used corrugated box style. All flaps are the same length and the two outer flaps meet at the centre when folded. Ideal for automated packing lines.
Double-wall construction with two fluted layers bonded by three liners. Superior stacking strength and puncture resistance for heavy or export shipments.
Precision die-cut from a custom flat blank. Allows non-standard shapes, locking flaps, perforations, inserts, and display cut-outs to exact dimensional tolerances.
Both sets of flaps overlap fully, creating a double layer of board on top and bottom. Significantly stronger than RSC for heavy or unevenly distributed loads.
Plain corrugated boards supplied as flat cut stock. Available in all standard flute profiles and GSM combinations for customers with in-house box-making capability.
Separate lid slides over a base tray for full-depth protection and easy access. Ideal for flat, heavy, or high-value products needing a secure, reusable package.
Every order runs through the same controlled, automated line — six stages, each with its own quality checkpoint, engineered for consistency at scale.
From fast-moving consumer goods to precision electronics — we engineer packaging that meets the exact strength, moisture, print, and dimensional requirements of your industry.
RSC and display-ready boxes for high-volume consumer goods. Print-ready surface for branding, barcode, and regulatory labelling.
Precision-dimensioned boxes for blister packs, vials, and bulk drug shipments. Tight tolerance folding and clean liner surface finish.
Right-sized RSC and mailer boxes optimised for low tare weight, cube efficiency, and branded print quality at point of delivery.
Ventilated and wax-coated produce trays for fruits and vegetables. High Cobb-rated liners for cold-chain and humidity resistance.
Die-cut custom boxes with internal dividers and inserts. Precision dimensional control for snug product fit and drop-test compliance.
Heavy-duty 5-Ply BC-flute boxes for metal components and assemblies. Custom dividers, bulk-bin configurations, pallet-stackable design.
Telescope and full-overlap 5-Ply boxes for appliances. Double-wall construction for high BCT, transit protection, and export compliance.
Ventilated trays and wax-treated boxes for mangoes, grapes, and perishables. Designed for cold storage and refrigerated transport.
Detailed specifications for our standard corrugated board and box range. Custom grades, dimensions, flute profiles, and paper combinations are available on enquiry.

Mullen Burst Test — resistance to rupture under pressure. BF = Burst Strength ÷ GSM. Min BF 14 (Test Liner) to 20+ (Kraft).
Compression strength of the board edge — direct predictor of box stacking strength under pallet load. Reported in kN/m.
End-to-end compression on the finished box. Validates real-world pallet stacking performance under warehouse storage conditions.
Water absorption of liner paper (g/m² in 60 sec). Critical for cold-chain, fresh produce, and high-humidity applications.
Our Navi Mumbai plant is equipped with a fully automatic corrugation line, print & finish machinery, and infrastructure for uninterrupted, high-volume production.
Core of our quality output. Produces optimal board strength and precise flute formation. Supports all standard flute profiles and composite BC/EB combinations at scale.
Multi-colour flexographic printing renders branding, regulatory text, and barcodes with high clarity. Up to 4-colour print on Kraft and Test Liner surfaces.
Automated folding and gluing to exact dimensional tolerances — ensuring consistent, precise box performance on high-speed automated packing lines.
High-capacity, continuously maintained steam supply eliminates production stoppages and guarantees consistent board bonding quality batch after batch.
In-house capability to produce special flute combinations tailored to customer product weight, stacking load, transit conditions, and dimensional specifications.
Checkpoints at every stage: incoming GSM/moisture, board bonding, dimensional tolerance, burst factor, ECT, and final pre-dispatch compression test.
Our production processes are designed to meet the ESG commitments of modern corporate supply chains — from raw material sourcing to last-mile delivery. Corrugated board is inherently recyclable; we take that further.
We offer fully recycled liner and medium paper grades (90–140 GSM) for clients with sustainability targets. Recycled grades carry BF 12+ and are suitable for low-load FMCG and retail packaging.
Our automated corrugation and die-cut lines are optimised for minimal trim waste. Sheet offcuts are baled and returned to the paper recycling chain, keeping our production footprint tight.
High Cobb-rated liner options for cold-chain, fresh produce, and humid-environment applications extend product shelf life and reduce spoilage — a measurable ESG supply chain benefit for your products.
Right-sized RSC and FOL boxes reduce void fill requirements and improve cube efficiency — lowering your transport carbon footprint. Our boxes are designed to nest flat for density-efficient inbound logistics.
Corrugated board has a recycling rate exceeding 80% in India and globally. By choosing Pacopack, your supply chain uses a packaging material with one of the highest end-of-life recovery rates of any industrial packaging format — fully compatible with your corporate ESG and circular economy commitments.
Over 30 years of hands-on expertise in corrugated manufacturing. Combines deep production knowledge with modern operational management to serve enterprise supply chains reliably and at scale.
